• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• Free tier with limited credits available
• Paid plans offer additional credits and features
• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time
• No automatic renewals without explicit consent
• You retain ownership of content you create
• You grant us license to process and store your content
• You are responsible for your content's legality
• We may remove content that violates these terms
• We own all rights to our platform and technology
• Our trademarks and branding are protected
• Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited
• We reserve all rights not expressly granted

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by email or through our platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
